Purpose
This document intends to provide guidance in deploying custom java files for Mobile Field Service Laptop for any required functionality that is not included in the standard application. It also includes a sample file used to test the process.
Custom java code is currently 'supported' by the standard application for the following pages:
- Task Details (csmlTaskDetails.uix)
- SR Details (csmlSrUpdate.uix)
- Task/SR report (csmlSrReport.uix)
If custom java support is required for additional pages, an SR needs to be raised with Oracle Support so that Product Development can be contacted. A business justification for this enhancement would be required.
