Cannot Select Printer For Fulfillment Print Activity (Doc ID 1581020.1)

Symptoms

 PrinterA is setup on 1-1 Fulfillment server, but when trying to select printer upon creating a marketing activity the list of Printers LOV dropdown is empty.
 Note that Content Type has Print channel checked.
