Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Laptop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After client upgrades from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, there will be one invalid object CSL_MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_ACC_PKG

If they drop it from database, they will get more invalid CSL objects: CSL_CSF_DEBRIEF_LINE_ACC_PKG, CSL_CSI_ITEM_INSTANCES_ACC_PKG, CSL_CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_ACC_PKG, CSL_USER_PKG
, CSL_MTL_ONHAND_QTY_ACC_PKG, CSL_CSP_REQ_LINES_ACC_PKG

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect not to have invalid CSL objects in 12.1.3 instance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3
2. Check database, will find one invalid object CSL_MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_ACC_PKG
