Employee data imported via Data Pump process does not trigger the New Hire life event as expected. Only life events associated with the assignment table are triggering; Work Location Change and Salary Changed.
When importing data from a comma delimited file that was previously exported from a recruitment system, loading the data pump tables using data pump API’s; hr_pump_utils, hrdpp_create_employee, hrdpp_create_person_extra_info, hrdpp_create_person_address, hrdpp_update_emp_asg_criteria, hrdpp_update_emp_asg, hrdpp_create_element_entry, and hrdpp_upload_salary_proposal are the packages used to load the data into the data pump tables, and submitting via the seeded Data Pump process.

- Old Value: Any Value
- New Value: Employee

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load data from a comma delimited file previously exported from a recruitment system to the following data pump APIs:
2. Submit the Data Pump Engine process for the batch.
- New Hire/Rehire life event is not detected
