Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Descriptive flexfield does not enable in WMS rule form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
If Restrictions DFF is defined properly, then the DFF should be enabled when accessing the WMS Rules form.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
After configuring the descriptive flexfield, it is still showing as not enabled in the WMS Rules form.
