There are no Item Details on the Find Serial Number LOV Located on the Contact Center Install Base tab (Doc ID 1581371.1)

Symptoms

In Contact Center Install Base tab, the Find Serial Number LOV on the Find Item Instance window shows only serial numbers and no item description.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LOV should display the serial number and the item description.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Contact Center form and query an organization
2. Go to Install Base tab > Click Find Instance button > In the "Find Item Instance" open the "Serial" LOV
3. The LOV shows only serial numbers and no item description.
