On find that The Service Contracts Main Billing program has performance issues. Is taking for example around 3 hours to process around 7,000 usage lines or around 26 minutes to process around 131 usage lines.

Expected Behavior:
Expected the process to last a fewer minutes.

Steps to Reproduce:
The performance issue can be reproduced at will by running the Service Contracts Main Billing program.

Business Impact:
Due to this issue users must wait longer than they expect for the Service Contracts Main Billing program to complete.
