The Service Contracts Import Program Completed With Errors And Errors Were Thrown In The Insert Mode And The Validation Mode (Doc ID 1581779.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring

The Service Contracts Import Program completed in error and following messages in the Insert and Validation mode were displayed

Insert Mode - Error in 'OKS_IMPORT_CONTRACTS_WORKER.Worker_process' with message 'stmt_num 86 (-6502) ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small'.
Validation Mode - Enter a valid value for one and only one type of covered levels.

Commented out the code "OKS_IMPORT_POST_PROCESS.Import_Post_Process" for the program to import successfully and thereafter the insert and validation errors are not thrown but the following error thrown when trying to get the covered level information for the contract through Contract Search

Oracle error 1722: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid
number has been detected in ValueSet.isIdValid.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Responsibility : Service Contracts Manager

2) Navigation :  Run the Service Contracts Import Program
