Goal

 

In order to provide the reader with an understanding and how to use the Oracle Email Center Product, the following training plans have been put into place:

Oracle Email Center Training Level – Level 3 / Advanced is a place folder for yet to be released training. As soon as it is available the link will be enabled.

 

This note will take around one hour to read through and to run the attached videos which will show the Email Center Product in action. This note assumes an understanding of the basics of an Oracle Application Implementation, and that the Level 1 / Foundation training has been completed.

There are known issues when attempting to view some of the graphical elements of this Note when using Internet Explorer. Oracle is unable to control this limitation, so it is recommended that another browser, (such as Firefox or Chrome), should be used to view this Note.

Within MOS there is a move away from flash dependent files, however it is recognized that some users may elect to download the multimedia files to their own device.  Consequently both .mp4 and .swf versions of the files are included as links in this Note.  The .mp4 version of the file is referenced first, followed by the .swf version.
