EBS WMS: Unload LPN failed With Error Move Order Does Not Exist For LPN (Doc ID 1581859.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, LPN Management

Problem Statement
-----------------------
LPN cannot be moved from Receiving stating 'Invalid LPN' when using LPN Unload.

Error Message: "User-defined Exception in Package WMS_PUTAWAY_UTILS Procedure Unload_Task|Move Order does not exist for LPN"

Debug Log file shows the following error:

[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: RTI not Found
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: No pending RTI exist for LPN
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: nested LPN Check
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: This is NOT a nested LPN
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: Not an inv lpn, so MO has to exist
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: MO not Found
[14-AUG-13 13:20:32] WMS_Task_Dispatch_put_away: check_lpn_validity: Not an inv lpn and MO does not exist, hence it is invalid
