On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request
It is possible to submit a service request in iSupport a second time by using the Back button of the browser.
This way duplicate SR's can be created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new SR
2. On confirmation page where you see the new SR number, use the Back button of the browser
3. Submit the SR again.
