When using Approval Management Engine (AME) to approve a requisition in Oracle iProcurement, the following error occurs.

"Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME rules setup"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition in iProcurement
2. Click Submit to route the requisition for approval
- get the error
