After performing Migration from 11i to Release 12.1.3

Aging 4 Bucket Report
Aging 7 Bucket Report
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control>Request>Run
1. Submit a Single Request, and Pick Report you want to run.
2. Enter Parameters and Error Condition will occur.
