Symptoms
Import Items program ends in below error,

ERROR MESSAGE : *** BAD RETURN CODE b ***INVPUOPI.mtl_log_interface_err: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Exceptions occured during Import Item

1. Insert Records in to Items Interface
2. Call Item Import Program
