Symptoms
Internal requisitions stuck in Order Management "Corrections" screen with error seen below.
All Internal requisitions are going into same error every time they are processed from the
corrections screen.

Order Management responsibility>Navigation>Orders,Returns>Order Import>Corrections.
See records in RED indicating Error.
