Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While having multiple ledgers to the same chart of accounts , when creating summary templates with the specific ledger, code combinations with BSVs (balancing segment values ) which are not assigned to the ledger will be created in gl_code_combinations.
When there are hundreds' ledgers in the system,so that too many ccid (code combination ids ) will be created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to have only code combinations for the BSVs specific to the ledger for which the summary template it is being created .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application with gl ledger super user : Setup-accounts-summary
2. In this form ,create a summary template, save,close form.
3. It will submit the program: Add/Delete Summary Template automatically.
4. When the program running complete,the issue will show.
