Symptoms
Getting the following error in the Java console when accessing EBS Forms after the latest 1.6 and 1.7 JDK/JRE upgrade:
Missing Permissions manifest attribute for: https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORTNUMBER>/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndforms.jar
Missing Codebase manifest attribute for: https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORTNUMBER>/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndforms.jar
Missing Permissions manifest attribute for: https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORTNUMBER>/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndformsi18n.jar
Missing Codebase manifest attribute for: https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORTNUMBER>/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndformsi18n.jar
