Symptoms



When attempting to run the QLTACTWB module: Quality Actions, you encounter:
One or more of your actions failed. Please check the Action Log form for details.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EAM: Work Orders: Work Orders:
2. Click Enter Quality Results Icon:
3. The field(Collection Element): “Submit for Approval: Yes” triggers the custom workflow:
4. Concurrent Program “Quality Actions” (QLTACTWB module: Quality Actions) Failed in background with 'One or more of your actions failed. Please check the Action Log form for details.'
5. Results: entry: Action Log: Message Tab (message is blank)
6. All other fields seem to be correctly entered

Please note that the workflow is launched when using forms. But the “Quality Actions” (QLTACTWB module: Quality Actions) still fails in background with 'One or more of your actions failed. Please check the Action Log form for details.'
