How To Restrict Re-Assignment Of Cancelled Tasks On Service Request Form

If one cancels a task and then the task status can not be changed to assigned.
But if the assignee type and assignee are populated, then the task status is changed to assigned.

Steps to Replicate:

Navigation: Service >> Service Request >> Create Service Request

1. Create SR, task is created automatically.
2. Create cancel note and cancel the task.
3. Populate the assignee type and assignee filed and save
4. Task status is changed to Assigned
