R12: CE: Bank Statement Lines Agent Field is Blank As the ZBA Sweep Information Is Not Being Loaded From the Bank Statement Loader Process (Doc ID 1583831.1)

Symptoms

On: 12.1.3 version, Bank Statement Load and Import

Bank Statement Loader completes successfully but do not load the ZBA Transfer account to the correct Bank Statement Line Reference tab Agent column.
Due to this issue, users cannot create Sweep transactions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the Bank Statement Loader.
