Not Able to Transact Move Order as Delivery Detail is in "Released to Warehouse" Status, but Move Order Does Not Exist or is Closed (Doc ID 1583914.1)

Symptoms

 


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to manually transact the move order, against a sales order having delivery detail in Released to Warehouse status,  move order is not found or does not exist.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that move order exists against sales order  having delivery detail in Released to Warehouse status so that user can transact the move order successfully and progress the transaction in Shipping


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to Inventory Responsibility>Move Orders>Transact Move Orders
  2. Go to Pick Wave tab and enable check box against Sales Order
  3. Look for the Sales Order Number in List of Values
  4. No entries found for List of Values is displayed on the form
