Symptoms

Supplier Site Global Flexfield does not save values for "Legal Address" field.

Expect to have the field saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Suppliers -> Enter
3. Query a supplier
4. Go to the Address Book
5. Go to Manage Sites
6. Select a supplier site and go to the Global Descriptive Flexfields
7. Select Context Value: Argentina Supplier Site Information
8. Enter a value in the Legal Address field.
9. Select the Apply button

10. Re-query the supplier

Supplier Site Global Flexfield does not save values for "Legal Address" field.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot finish the supplier setup.
