Upload Error When Uploading FSG Excel Template
When trying to upload an FSG EXcel Template, receiving this error message:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Click Create button
Template is created an opened in Excel
Modified Template in Excel
In Excel:
Click on Add-Ins menu
Select Oracle->Upload
Enter Upload parameters:
Click Upload button
Wait and then error message is displayed:
