Symptoms
RMA Receipt fails with Tax Code' error messages as follows:
RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - ECannot change Tax Code from the referenced sales order line returned error
Concurrent program RVCTP returned error Cause: RVCTP encountered an internal error. Parameters: RVCTP,IMMEDIATE,1741406,
RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error
Steps:
Receiving > Receipts > Receive RMA > change tax code on the transaction line > Save
