Transactions Workbench: Customer Does Not Appear in List of Values in the Transactions Form After Activating it From an Inactive Status

ARXTWMAI Transactions form
On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module
Attempting to select a Customer Site, that was activated after being inactivated previously.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query an Inactive customer Site
Activate the Customer Site and Save
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Query the same Site in Transactions form and find site is not available
Query an Existing customer with Active Bill To Site - HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.BILL_TO_FLAG = P - Inactivate the Site
The Bill TO (site) also gets inactivated. HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.BILL_TO_FLAG = NULL
Now activate the Site and Bill To Business purpose uses (site uses) HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.BILL_TO_FLAG remain Null only
Due to this, this site does not appear in AR Transaction form
