On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

The Internal Location and Internal organization LOV not working properly in Internal Customer

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
Selecting the value in the Internal location should default the Internal Organization name automatically, which is the expected standard behaviour but it is not defaulting as expected.
