On : 12.1.3 version, Other Components
Inbound email with an attachment causes Service Request to be created automatically, however the 'Log & Notes' of the SR shows the attachment details as HTML code, instead of plain text.
Steps to Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an email to the email center to create SR.
2. The SR will get created.
3. The body of the email will be present in the SR note with all the HTML tags.
