Internal Server Error Encountered In Multiple Pages of Install Base (Doc ID 1584917.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create item instance in Install Base, or view configuration of existing item instance,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, appprod@atmi.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R): Install Base User
(N): Item Instances
Press Create button > above error will be displayed
Query an instance
Click on View Configuration icon
Above error will occur

Note: Above error can occur when accessing various Install Base pages
