R12 Recoverable Tax Amount Is Not Included In Cash Forecast

Find Cash Forecast does not include Recoverable Taxes on Purchase Orders.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a VAT Tax Code

Tax Configuration > Tax regimes
Create Tax Regime Code = US-Tax

Tax Configuration > Taxes

Tax Configuration > Tax Statuses
Create Tax Status Code = US_VAT_RECOVERABLE

Tax Configuration > Tax Jurisdictions
Create Tax Jurisdiction code = US_VAT_RECOVERABLE

Tax Configuration > Tax Recovery Rates
Create Tax Recovery Rate Code = RECOVERY-100

Tax Configuration > Tax Rates
Create Tax Rate Code = 18_OCH

Tax Configuration > Tax Rules
Set the rules for Tax = US_VAT_RECOVERABLE

Parties > Party Tax Profiles

2. Go to Inventory, Vision Operations (USA) Responsibility
Items > Organization items
Attach a VAT tax code = 18-OCH to Item in Inventory
Item = Fuel Filter for Vehicle

3. Created a purchase order = 6931 for an item set up at the previous step (Item = Fuel Filter for Vehicle)

4. Create a cash forecast template = "PO Test" that includes purchase orders.

5. Run Cash Forecasting by Days, (Forecast name - PO Test Tax & Template name = PO Test)
Also Cash Forecast Execution Report was generated
And Cash Forecast Report was generated
Note that forecast amount doesn’t include tax amount.
