When attempting to process purchase cards with level 3 data, the following error occurs:
BEPMESSAGE: Invalid Purch. Level III
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn on Level III data.
2. Process Purchase Card.
3. Run Create Settlement Batches.
