Scheduling Level: Creating Order With PTO Kit Results In Errors (Doc ID 1585392.1)

When attempting to schedule orders,
the following error occurs.

Invalid line type: Line type 0 can be used only for
independent standard lines. It cannot be used for sets or models.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Per customer:
We are attempting to create orders in our system based on orders processed by our re-sellers.
We need to ensure that the schedule ship dates on our orders match with the schedule ship dates in the resellers orders.
We tried to do this by keeping the Scheduling Level on the order type as Inactive Demand with Reservations.
However, when we use this setup, we are facing issues in creating the order with PTO kits. We get the error below for lines with PTO Kits. We are using the Line Flow - Generic workflow for the order lines
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot schedule orders.
