Cannot Cancel Requisition Single Line Via iProcurement

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Management
Cannot Cancel Requisition Single Line via iProcurement; user gets confirmation but it does not cancel any line on requisition.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and access iProcurement.
2. Search and select Requisition.
3. Click Cancel.
4. Select line.
5. Submit Cancel and get confirmation.
6. Find that Requisition line still showing on Requisition.
