Unit Selling Price in the Pricing & Availability Form is Different than in the Sales Order Form When using Multi Currency (Doc ID 1585753.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Quoting & Negotiation

Unit Selling Price show in Price Availability Form and Sales Order Form is different when using multi currency conversion

The same price to display in both forms

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Price List with JPY = 8180

2. Multi currency conversion attached to price list

3. Query the item with currency = USD, unit selling price = 96 USD

4. Create the sales order with same customer, currency to USD

5. While enter the item, the unit selling price = 96 USD

6. After save, the unit selling price = 96.28 USD -> This is correct.

7. Expected behavior from business
a. Unit selling price in Price availability form and sales order lines should be same, which is 96.28 USD
b. This causing the wrong price given to customer.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the prices to match
