Contract Deliverables Workflow Notification Does Not Show Information in Some Regions of The Page (Doc ID 1585947.1)

Find that in the workflow display for  deliverable notification, Contract Deliverables Notification - Does Not Show Information in the general info region of the page.

Expected Behavior:
Expect all regions including General Information to display correctly on the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Create a deliverable and run the "Deliverable Due Date Notifier" program.

B. The deliverable notifications are sent to the internal buyer. standard deliverables notification are used.

C. But when looking at Deliverable notification in the Notification Summary the fields in the General Information Section is blank.


Navigate to a different notification and then back to the same notification (i.e. deliverable notification),
The information appears.

Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view notification details on opening the workflow notification for the first time.

This is very confusing as the email notifications are sent (Displaying) as blank.
