XLABAOPE - Opening Period Balances program

Symptoms

After upgrading our eBusiness application from 12.0.6 via 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 - the Opening Period Balances program XLABAOPE spawned from the Open Period request fails with an error.


The log shows:


Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'OPEN_PERIOD_SRS'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

 


Followed <Note 1478724.1> but the issue still occurs.
