Symptoms

On :  12.0.6 version, Logistics Management

When attempting to create a repair order the following error occurs.

ERROR

The creation of a default logistics line(s) failed. Please enter the requisite line(s) manually in the Logistics tab.


When creating a trace file of the error, the following is seen in the trace:
