FRM:92101: Error While User Is Attempting To Lookup And View A Project Contract (Doc ID 1586763.1)

Funding Workbench form errors with OKE_OPN_NO_UPDATE_FUND and FRM-41051 errors.

Receiving FRM:92101:There was a failure in the forms server during startup error, while user is attempting to lookup and view a Project Contract.

The path user followed when error received. He was in XXXX XX PA TRANSACTIONS, Contract Organizer, Click on the flashlight to look up the contract created, type in Contract Number (XXXXXXXXXXXX)and click find, select the Document Number highlighted and click ‘Go To’, select Funding Workbench and click ok. Receive a notification window stating OKE_OPN_NO_UPDATE_FUND (which is telling me this contract is locked), click ok, Receive a Forms Notification (two times) stating ‘FRM-41051: You cannot create records here.” The contract organizer screen is blank so clicked on the contract number in the left window under ‘Recent Documents’. This is when we received the error message.
