MFS Multiplatform: Cannot See Tasks In Oracle Mobile Field Service Due to Missing Lookup Data (and JTM Master Program Reporting Errors)

After successfully synchronizing MFS Multiplatform on iphone or android, no tasks are visible. There are no errors during synch and tasks are assigned to the mobile user. Those would be expected to show in the task list on the device.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. assign task to mobile user (multiplatform)
2. synch multiplatform device
