What To Do With Pcapps.rar Delivered In Patch 15914125 or patch 22839153? (Doc ID 1586876.1)

Goal

For EBS Integrated Soa Gateway <Patch 15914125>  and replacement <patch 22

The Patch readme states that pcapps.rar is delivered, but doesn't give instructions on what to do with it. We've found documentation http://docs.oracle.com/html/E13980_01/anttasks.htm, but need help with it, still.

# This patch also copies pcapps.rar to $ORACLE_HOME/jlib/soaprov/lib directory.
#
# pcapps.rar contains AppsAdapter.jar,DBAdapter.jar & AqAdapter.jar file and
# pcapps.rar needs to be deployed in OC4J container. This patch only copies the
# pcapps.rar to $ORACLE_HOME/jlib/soaprov/lib directory and does not deploy it
# in OC4J container and it is the responsibility of person applying this patch
# to deploy $ORACLE_HOME/jlib/soaprov/lib/pcapps.rar to OC4J container using the
# appropriate commands from OC4J deployment guide.
#
# After deploying pcapps.rar, CLASSPATH needs to be changed to include
# AppsAdapter.jar,DBAdapter.jar & AqAdapter.jar file.
