Symptoms
When trying to start EBS server, and error occurs with adapcctl.sh as follows;
adapcctl.sh version 115.55
ORACLE error 4063 in afpgdbcf
Cause: afpgdbcf failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FND_PROFILE" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_PROFILE"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_WEB_CONFIG", line 269
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_SECURITY_PKG", line 351
ORA-06512: .
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin :d := FND_SECURITY_PKG.DATABASE_ID; end; and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
Apache Web Server Listener is not running.
Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated HTTP) ...
