In R12.1.3, the following error is received when click on "Return to Page: Account Site Business Purpose : Bill To" link after navigating to 'About This Page':

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
-Search for a customer by Account Number
-Click on Account Details at the bottom right
-Click on Details icon for an address
-Select the "Business Purposes" tab
-Click on “Details” button for the Bill To site
-Click on "About this Page" link on bottom left
-Click on the link at the bottom left "Return to Page: Account Site Business Purpose : Bill To". The above error appears.
