Symptoms

 EGOEXTUPG.sql failed during R12.2.0 upgrade patching with the following errors:

ERROR

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @<Path>/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '<path>/appl/ego/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/EGOEXTUPG.sql &un_ego &pw_ego'
Connected.
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
Session altered.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run EGOEXTUPG.sql
2. See error
