Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA


When attempting to make changes to a person in SSHR, the following error occurs.

The primary key specified is invalid

Cause: The primary key values specified are invalid and do not exist in the schema.

Action : Check the primary key values before attempting to carry out the operation again.

 


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Query the Employee
  2. Selected the Change Pay radio button and Clicked on Start button
  3. Clicked on Proposed Pay Change button and Entered the Proposed Amount  as '5100' and tab out
  4. Clicked on Next button and Clicked on Submit button
  5. Error is shown
