AME: Requisitions Are In Process With Error After Employee is Terminated, Error Stack Shows REQAPPRV 3120: Activity Has No Performer, Although The Requisitions Are Approved

In Oracle iProcurement and Approvals Management Engine, Release 12.1.3, purchase requisitions are submitted for approval. During the approval process, it appears that the requisitions are approved; however, the following messages can be seen in the transaction monitor and also in the wfstat.sql results.

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new purchase requisition in iProcurement.
2. Submit for approval. The approval notifications are sent to many users as part of the AME approval group.
3. The requisition ends up getting approved by the required person(s). However, the errors appear in the transaction monitor and wfstat.sql results.
