A retro assignment was manually created in the Retropay Status form and the initial status is 'Awaiting Processing'. Then, the status was updated to 'Deferred' and applied. When checking the pay_retro_assignments table, the Approval Status = 'A'.
Next, the Status for the record was changed to 'Deferred'. Now the Approval Status = 'D' in pay_retro_assignments table.
Next, the record was deleted from the screen. Then query from the pay_retro_assignments table again, and the record has gone.
According to the <Doc ID 357335.1> , the record should be changed to Complete - Deferred Forever (available in 12.1.3+). Is there a special patch for this new feature?
