What setup is required to  enable price modification on a quote line based on the value stored in one of the config atttributes (cz_config_attributes)

e.g. if the value in cz_config_attribute.attribute1 is "yes" then it is required that  the base price is changed for one of the items in Quoting as BasePrice*2 else if it is "no" the  baseprice*0;

Can be achieved using strandard setups?
