Error "Life event reason not available in person action table." in Self-Service > Benefits, Dependent and Beneficiaries Page (Doc ID 1587677.1)

After adding a new dependent in Self-Service > Benefits and clicking the Next button, the following error occurs:

Life event reason not available in person action table.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select Benefits.
2. Add a new dependent on the Dependents and Beneficiaries page by clicking the Add Another Person button.
3. Click the Next button on the Dependents and Beneficiaries page.
