Error: APP-OKC-157220: When Performing QA Check

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring

When performing QA check on a contract which is in QA Hold status, the following error occurs:

APP-OKC-157220: Invalid value for the column Contract Number

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contracts Manager
2. Search and open an existing active contract.
3. Click on 'Open for update' button and make some changes to the contract.
4. Perform QA Check and you will get the above error
