Can the User Entered Data in OTM be Translated into Another Language? (Doc ID 1588355.1)

Goal

Question: We have users working in another region of the world.  We loaded the OTM language pack for that region and updated the users User Preference to reference the language to be displayed. The user entered text in the OTM data entry fields are still displayed in English. Are there any configuration changes we can make so the data in the OTM data entry fields is displayed in their language preference?
