Symptoms

ARXCUABR module: Cumulative Activity Balance Report producing no data when run for any period.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:       Control>Request>Run

1. Submit Single Request and pick Cumulative Activity Balance Report
2. Enter in required parameters.
3. Click OK to run the Report
